Reflecting Brand & Culture Through Design

When professional services firm EKS&H relocated their Denver office after more than 20 years in their previous location, it was essential that the interior design of their new 155,000-square-foot space update their look to reflect their active and collaborative culture.

RNL, now part of Stantec, got to work creating an environment that modernized the traditional professional services layout, with an egalitarian design that offers daylight views from every single vantage point in the space. The floorplan contains a mix of offices, six-by-eight-foot workstations with low glass panels and bench seating.

From an attraction and retention standpoint, EKS&H understood the importance of a design that supports employee health, wellbeing and happiness. In addition to a beautiful new fitness center, the space includes an employee café with ping-pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and a large television wall. The space will also feature an employee patio, which is currently being designed by our landscape architecture team.

As EKS&H continues to grow, their new space will serve as a celebration of their culture and a great tool for attracting top talent.
